Devaji industries was established in 1979. It has a well equipped machine shop supported by various types of upgraded machines. It also has fabrication and assembly shop backed with all the necessary infrastructure like up to date welding and cutting facilities, Material Handling systems etc. All the necessary jigs and fixtures required to maintain consistent quality and quantity of production are readily available at the shop. Sufficient care is taken to maintain the steel life of the products by high quality and well equipped painting booth to paint the finished products.  

Scaffolding.

H Frame and Bracing Type Scaffolding.This is a very user friendly Scaffolding System which can be erected using any Spanner

These can be manufactured in various types & Sizes as per customer requirement.The H-Frames are Fabricated using 2 Horizontal & 2 Vertical B Class ERW Pipes with Ladder Systems. Cross Bracing is done in B-Class Pipe or heavy duty angle also.'R' Locks are there for Locking it with H-Frame.

Telescopic Steel Spans.

This is a quick and easy erecting device.This holds the entire centering along with the centering plates. Which is manufactured in HRC-Sheet press component .Fabricated with T-section,along with 10mm Round bar.This are assembled in outer & inner sections.This are also available in various sizes,as well as in fix type spans also.

Slab Mounted Cranes.

This is a best device for lifting material on any floor.It is easy to install and light weight unit.

Cup Lock Scaffolding.

This is a very user friendly & bit modernised Scaffolding system than H-frame Scaffolding.

These are manufactured in B-Class ERW pipes for vertical & horizontal and there are cups & blades are provided on the same to lock each other.We can store it in a very compact place after dismantling

Weigh Batcher.

This is a very useful system to make good quality concrete with very low wastage of raw material.

It is manufactured in good quality steel fabrication,along with all necessary weight,scales,wheels & bearings for easy working.All regular toolkit & hardware's used are of branded quality

This are manufactured in B-class ERW pipes with both end plates or angle welded (as per customer requirements).Outer threads are machine threads & malleable Cast Iron Nut is provided with locking pin to adjust the heights props .Various sizes are available in this & Both Hing Type props can also be made available.

Mobile Scaffoldings.

This is a very useful unit to use colour work,plastering,glass & aluminum sheet fittings.It is dismantling type device It can be easily carried from one place to another.These are various types of sizes available

Tower Hoist.

This is a very useful device to lift slab concrete form floor to floor.It is very economical & cost saving unit is available in various models up to 130Ft.&2000Kgs.

Bar Bending & Cutting Machines

We have Bar Bending and Cutting Facility on mechanical machines, which we can provide at your site or at our works on labour basis or rental basis also.

We provide this service on Per Ton basis due which your inventory cost of steel can be reduced and you will also have a proper accountability of your material. So this indeed is a very cost effective and time saving process for you.

Man & Material Hoist

There is mast climbing. Rack and Pinion type man/materials and platform hoist with us on Hire Basis. This is the ideal solution for glazing, painting, roofing, restoration, inspection brick lying work. In short we can cater to all your construction need. It is very useful for high rise multi storage building.

This is a very economical and safe unit which can save your cost and time. There are sizes available from 500kg to 2000kgs up to 100 meters height.
